However, 6wickets only offers refunds under the following conditions: When a transaction is confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled. You may, however, cancel a transaction at 6wickets's discretion and receive a refund:

• The Player sends a written cancellation request from the registered email address to 6wickets; or
• 6wickets is not liable to refund any amount after the payment for participating in the paid versions of the Contest has been made. Two days before the start of the round for which the payment was made, the cancellation request must be received; after that, 6wickets shall not be liable to refund any amount.

After deducting cancellation charges and taxes, 6wickets may refund the amount to the Player at its sole and absolute discretion. Players must also acknowledge additional terms and conditions during the transaction. Whenever the additional terms and conditions contain clauses contrary to the present terms and conditions, the additional terms and conditions shall prevail.

The refunds will be processed through the same method/financial instrument used to make the deposit.

The internal review team may take up to two working days to process a refund.

All winnings cash are subject to tax deductions under the Income Tax Act 1961 ("TDS"). The winners will receive TDS certificates in respect of such tax deductions. In respect of the winning money, the Winners shall be responsible for any other applicable taxes, including but not limited to income tax, gift tax, etc.
